Single-family 100 m2 semi-detached townhouse in a 400 m2 plot. A totally different image is given to an existing house by reorganizing the interior spaces with a new distribution that enhances the space and gets a better use of sunlight. In the interior, plaster with a smooth finish and white painted woodwork are used in order to improve the brightness and the sense of spaciousness.
Outside, the façade was reorganized hiding the gabled roof and giving the appearance of a flat roof. Dark gray aluminum carpentry is used to contrast with the whitewashed walls and natural stone finish of the facade.
